Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients:

  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Caster Sugar: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 3
  • Flour: 1 1/3 cup
  • Cinamon powder: 1 tbsp
  • Milk: 1/4 cup
  • Baking Powder: 1 1/2 tsp
For icing:
  • Icing Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • Milk: 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix oil, caster sugar, eggs, flour, cinnamon powder, milk and baking powder.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
  3. Cool it and keep it aside.
  4. For icing, mix the three ingredients.
  5. Serve by pouring icing over the cake.

Scrambled Egg

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 3
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. In 2 tbsp oil fry the mixture and serve.

Baked Beans

Ingredients:

  • Baked beans: 1 tin
  • Bread slices: as required
  • Beef sausage: 1 packet

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and bake it on a greased tray for about half an hour.
  2. Serve hot.

Orange Marmalade

Ingredients:

  • Orange juice: 1 dozen
  • Sugar: 1/2 kg
  • Orange peel: 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take out orange juice and blend its peel.
  2. Now take the seed and pulp and put it on a muslin cloth.
  3. Mix it with the juice and add lemon juice, sugar and cook until sugar gets dissolved.
  4. When it thickens take out the muslin cloth and dispose it off.
  5. Pour the peel in the bottle.
