Fried Pamphlet Ingredients: Full Pamphlet fish: 1/2 kg Ajwain: 1/4 tsp Egg: 1 Salt: 1 tsp Red chili powder: 1 tsp Turmeric: 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala: 1 tsp lemon juice: 1 tbsp Roasted and crushed cumin: 1 tsp Ginger: 1 tsp Zarday ka rung: 1 pinch Corn flour: 1 tbsp Method: Wash fish and make deep cuts on it. In a bowl add all the ingredients and wrap the fish in it. Deep fry the fish and serve. Krak Roti Ky Kabab
Ingredients: Mince: 1/2 kg Hard Buns: 3 Blended green chilies: 3 tsp Salt: 1 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp All spice powder: 1 1/2 tsp Crushed coriander leaves: 1/2 cup Green chilies: 5 - 6
Method: Add buns in mince. Now add and mix blended green chilies, salt, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, coriander leaves and leave it for a while. Make balls and deep fry. Serve hot. Orange Marmalade Cake
Ingredients: Orange Marmalade: 2/3 cups (divided) Softened unsalted butter: 12 tbsp (1/2 tbsp for glaze) Sugar: 3/4 cup Grated lime zest: 2 tsp Grated orange zest: 1/2 tsp Eggs: 3 Fresh orange juice: 2 tbsp All purpose flour: 1 1/2 cup Baking powder: 1 1/2 tsp Sea salt: 3/4 tsp Icing sugar: 4 tbsp
Method: Beat softened butter, sugar, lime zest, orange zest till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth. Now add 1/3 cup orange juice, marmalade and beat. Take another bowl and whisk baking powder, salt and flour. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake till the base turns golden brown. Take it out and cool it for ten minutes. Heat 1/3 cup marmalade in a pot till it melts. Whisk icing sugar and 1/2 tbsp butter till smooth. Spread glaze over the cake. Cool it and serve.
Crispy Chicken Burger
Ingredients: Boneless chicken: 4 breast pieces For marination:
Salt: 1 tsp Black pepper: 1 tsp Mustard Powder: 1/2 tsp Oyster Sauce: 2 tbsp For Batter:
Flour: 3 tbsp Cornflour: 1 tbsp Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp Egg: 1 Milk: 3 tbsp For coating:
Crushed Cornflakes: 1 cup Bread crumbs: 1 cup Method: In a large bowl mix all the marination ingredients and leave it for 1 hour. Dip chicken into the batter. Roll the chicken into crumbs and cornflakes and deep fry it. Place lettuce on bun followed by mayonnaise and chicken. Serve with fries.
