Ingredients for Kolson Pasta Vegetable Soup:

• Pasta 1 cup
• Tomato 5-6
• Capsicum 1
• Carrot 4
• Salt to taste
• Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Onion 1
• Oregano 1/4 tsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Cream for garnish
• Yogurt for garnish
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Fenugreek seeds 1 pinch
• Jaggery 1 tbsp
• Onion seeds 1 pinch

• Maida 3 tbsp
• Potato 1/2 kg
• Coriander 1 tsp
• Green chili 1 tsp
• All spice 1 tsp
• Crushed coriander 1 tsp
• Cumin 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Ginger 1/2 cup

For Filling:

• Cream 4 tbsp
• Eggs 2
• Peas 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• White cumin 1 tsp
• All spice 1 tsp
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Green chili 4
• Coriander 1 bunch
• Ginger 1 piece
• Bread crumbs as required
• Cream 4 tbsp
• Chicken cubes 2
• Ghee as required
• Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
