Ingredients for Dum Aloo Chutney Walay:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Lemons 2
  • Green chili 6
  • Whole red chili 6
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Black pepper 8
  • Curry leaves few
  • Fenugreek seeds few
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind syrup 2 tbsp
  • Mustard oil as required
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Boti Kebab Masala:

  • Meat under cut 1 kg
  • Lemons 3
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Mustard oil 2 tbsp
  • Behari kebab masala 3 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for BBQ Pasanday Biryani:

For Chicken Flay:

  • Chicken flay 8-10
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Chicken tikka masala 1 packet
  • Lemon 4
  • Green chili 4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required

For Rice:

  • Rice 2-1/2 cups
  • Green chili 3
  • Chopped onions 4
  • Cardamom 6
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Whole spices a little
  • Yellow food color a little
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Salt as required

Ingredients for Kids Pasta Meal:

  • Kolson pasta 1 packet
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Flour 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 1 tsp
  • Chicken boneless 2 pieces
