Ingredients:
- Flour 1 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil and yogurt and knead it.
- Now leave for 2 to 3 hours. When double in size, again knead it, make portions and keep for 15 to 20 minutes.
- After that, roll it, keep on baking tray and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
