Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, oil and yogurt and knead it.
  2. Now leave for 2 to 3 hours. When double in size, again knead it, make portions and keep for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. After that, roll it, keep on baking tray and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
