Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd 1 kg
- Khoya 400 gm
- Sugar 200 gm
- Pitkari 1/2 tsp
- Green color as required
- Almond, Pistachio for garnish
- Desi ghee 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Grate bottle gourd.
- Then put 2 kg water and pitkari and boil it.
- Now squeeze bottle gourd, put in karahi, add sugar and cook it. Put together green color.
- When water dries, then add sugar and cardamom powder and saute it.
- In end, put khoya and keep on dum.
- Take out in dish.
- Garnish with almond, pistachio and khoya and serve it.
