Ingredients:

  • Bottle gourd 1 kg
  • Khoya 400 gm
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Pitkari 1/2 tsp
  • Green color as required
  • Almond, Pistachio for garnish
  • Desi ghee 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Grate bottle gourd.
  2. Then put 2 kg water and pitkari and boil it.
  3. Now squeeze bottle gourd, put in karahi, add sugar and cook it. Put together green color.
  4. When water dries, then add sugar and cardamom powder and saute it.
  5. In end, put khoya and keep on dum.
  6. Take out in dish.
  7. Garnish with almond, pistachio and khoya and serve it.
