Ingredients:
- Carrot 1 kg
- Khoya 200 gm
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Almond, Pistachio for garnish
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Orange peel half
- Eggs for garnish
Method:
- Put grated carrot and sugar in one karahi and cool until water of carrot dries.
- Put orange peel, sugar and water in another pot and cook it.
- When fragrance comes, put cooked carrot.
- Together put some ghee and roast it.
- In end, add khoya and cardamom powder and keep on dum.
- Take out in dish.
- Garnish with eggs, almond and pistachio and serve it.
