Ingredients:
For Topping:
- Walnut 1 cup
- Chocolate chops 1/3 cup
- Brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 3/4 tsp
For Coffee Cake:
- Maida 2 cup
- White sugar 3/4 cup
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Unsalted butter 140 gm
- Baking powder 3/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
Method:
- Heat oven to 180 C.
- Mix sugar, walnut, chocolate chip, cinnamon and maida.
- Grease 8 inch mold with oil.
- Mix maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt nicely in one bowl.
- Mix butter and sugar. Then add maida, eggs and vanilla essence.
- Now put maida mixture and milk. Now take out ready batter in pan.
- Sprinkle topping of walnut on top and bake for 40-50 minutes.
- Coffee cake is ready.
