Vanilla Iced Cake by Chef Meadha Rahat

Ingredients:

  • Butter 200 gm
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Maida 2 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup

For Icing:

  • Icing sugar 2 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Water 4 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oven on 180 C.
  2. Grease cake tin.
  3. Mix maida and baking powder.
  4. Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence.
  5. Then add maida and mix nicely.
  6. Add together milk and put in cake tin.
  7. Now bake for 20 minutes and cool it.
  8. Mix icing sugar, butter and vanilla essence nicely.
  9. Then put water, beat well, cover it and leave for 20 minutes.
  10. Decorate cake with icing sugar and serve it.
