Ingredients for Lauki Ki Bhujia:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 2 cup
- Bottle gourd 750 gm
- Tomato 2 cup
- Green chili 3-4
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seed 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chapati for serving
Method:
- Heat oil in one pan, put cumin, onion and onion seed and fry until golden brown.
- Now put bottle gourd cubes and all dry masalay and fry it.
- Then add tomato and cook until bottle gourd tender and oil is separated.
- In end, put green chili and coriander.
- Serve with hot chapati.
