Ingredients for Anda Matter Gravy:

  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Eggs 10-12
  • Peas 2 cup
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 2-3
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Naan for serving
  • Chapati for serving
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seed roasted 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pan and fry onion.
  2. Then put red chili powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt, tomato and yogurt and roast it.
  3. When oil is separated, then add boiled peas and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Now put chopped green chili, coriander, cumin seed roasted, garam masala and lemon juice and cook little.
  5. In end, add boiled eggs, mix it little and give little dum.
  6. Serve with naan and chapati.
