Ingredients for Anda Matter Gravy:
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Onion 1 cup
- Eggs 10-12
- Peas 2 cup
- Tomato 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Green chili 2-3
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- Naan for serving
- Chapati for serving
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seed roasted 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in one pan and fry onion.
- Then put red chili powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt, tomato and yogurt and roast it.
- When oil is separated, then add boiled peas and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Now put chopped green chili, coriander, cumin seed roasted, garam masala and lemon juice and cook little.
- In end, add boiled eggs, mix it little and give little dum.
- Serve with naan and chapati.
