Ingredients:
- Mutton 750 gm
- Gram lentil 2 cup
- Onion 1 cup
- Oil/Ghee 1 cup
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seed 1 tsp
- Mix spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Dry mango powder 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green chili crushed 5-6
- Green chili whole 6-8
Method:
- Heat 3/4 cup oil and do onion golden brown in one pan.
- Mix red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste in 1/4 cup of water and make paste.
- Now put masala and fried onion and cook for 4-5 minutes. Now add meat and put water till meat tender.
- Put chopped ginger and green chilies in gram lentil and boil it. When it boils, add meat and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- In end, put cumin seed, mix spice powder and dry mango powder and cook more for 5 minutes.
- Heat 1/4 cup oil in frying pan and fry garlic and green chili.
- Give bhagar to lentil and serve hot.
