Ingredients:
- Maiz flour 2 cup
- Chaki flour 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Water for dough
- Butter as required
Method:
- Mix maiz flour, chaki flour with salt and ghee.
- Knead with lukewarm water, make dough and do partition in equal portions.
- Wet your hands, roll on any plastic sheet and roll like chapati.
- Put makai roti on hot tawa. Spread ghee with help of spoon on sides, fry for 1 minute on low flame and turn it.
- Serve when crunchy and light golden brown.
