Ingredients for Chocolate Cake:

  • Butter 250 gm
  • Chocolate 1-1/2 cup
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Maida 2-1/4 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup

For Icing:

  • Chocolate 300 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oven on 180 C.
  2. Grease 2 inch tin cake.
  3. Melt chocolate, butter, coffee and milk and mix it.
  4. Strain maida, baking powder and cocoa powder.
  5. Now mix sugar and mix in chocolate mixture.
  6. Put mixture in cake tin, bake for 1 hour, take out and cool it.
  7. For Mixing: Mix chocolate, cream and butter and spread.
  8. Now cool icing, cut cake into slice and fill in center.
  9. Keep slice on top and serve cold.
