Ingredients for Chocolate Cake:
- Butter 250 gm
- Chocolate 1-1/2 cup
- Coffee 1 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Maida 2-1/4 cup
- Eggs 4
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
For Icing:
- Chocolate 300 gm
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oven on 180 C.
- Grease 2 inch tin cake.
- Melt chocolate, butter, coffee and milk and mix it.
- Strain maida, baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Now mix sugar and mix in chocolate mixture.
- Put mixture in cake tin, bake for 1 hour, take out and cool it.
- For Mixing: Mix chocolate, cream and butter and spread.
- Now cool icing, cut cake into slice and fill in center.
- Keep slice on top and serve cold.
