Chicken Korma by Chef Samina

Ingredients for Chicken Korma:
- Chicken 12 pieces or 1 kg
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Ghee 1 cup
- Degi red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 3/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Small cardamom 8-10
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Kewra essence 3-4 drops
- Sheermal for serving
Method:
- Heat ghee and fry chicken. When color is changed lightly, then take out.
- After that, fry onion, spread it, cool it and coat it.
- Now add whole mix spice, bay leaf, small cardamom, ginger garlic paste, salt, chillies, turmeric, coriander, fried onion and yogurt and roast masala.
- After that, add chicken and roast more.
- Then put crushed fried onion, nutmeg mace powder, all spice powder, finely chopped ginger and kewra essence and leave for simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with hot sheermal.
