Ingredients for Katakat:
- Mutton kidney 6
- Mutton heart 1
- Mutton brain 2
- Mutton chops 8
- Onion 1
- Tomato 4
- Cream 1 packet
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- All spice powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
- Qasoori meethi 1-1/2 tbsp
- Green coriander, Green chili as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat butter and oil and saute onion.
- Together add mutton chops and ginger garlic paste and cook little.
- Put tomato on hot tawa and cook it.
- After that, add some oil and ginger garlic paste and do katakat. Then put green chilies.
- Now add mutton brain. Together do katakat of kidney and heart and put in it.
- Mix all ingredients, put crushed red chili, yogurt, all spice powder and salt, cover for a while and cook it.
- Then add cream, green coriander and green chilies.
- In end, put qasoori meethi, garnish with ginger and serve it.
