Ingredients for Lasagna:

  • Lasagna 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Tomato puree 1 tin
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1 packet
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

White Sauce Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. In one big pot, heat water, put lasagna sheets and add 2 tbsp oil.
  2. When it boils, take out its water, wash with cold water, spread oil again and keep it separate.
  3. Now put chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala and salt in karahi pan and cook it.
  4. When water of chicken dries, put soya sauce, black pepper and 1/2 cup tomato ketchup.
  5. Then heat butter in one pot, put flour, do light brown and close the stove.
  6. When white sauce becomes thick, cool it and mix salt and white pepper.
  7. Then heat oil in one pan, put tomato, onion, sugar and salt, cook for 5 minutes and take out.
  8. Now grate mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
  9. Now heat oven.
  10. Now put sauce in one wide and big dish and keep lasagna sheets.
  11. Then make one layer of mince, mushrooms, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, then onion and tomato vegetable, carom seeds and red chili flakes and make second layer like this.
  12. Put grated cheese on top.
  13. Now sprinkle carom seeds and red chili flakes and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
  14. When golden brown on top, then serve spicy cheesy tikka lasagna hot.
