Ingredients for Lasagna:
- Lasagna 1 packet
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Mushrooms 1 tin
- Tomato puree 1 tin
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
- Cheddar cheese 1 packet
- Chopped onion 2
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
White Sauce Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Flour 4 tbsp
Method:
- In one big pot, heat water, put lasagna sheets and add 2 tbsp oil.
- When it boils, take out its water, wash with cold water, spread oil again and keep it separate.
- Now put chicken boneless, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala and salt in karahi pan and cook it.
- When water of chicken dries, put soya sauce, black pepper and 1/2 cup tomato ketchup.
- Then heat butter in one pot, put flour, do light brown and close the stove.
- When white sauce becomes thick, cool it and mix salt and white pepper.
- Then heat oil in one pan, put tomato, onion, sugar and salt, cook for 5 minutes and take out.
- Now grate mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Now heat oven.
- Now put sauce in one wide and big dish and keep lasagna sheets.
- Then make one layer of mince, mushrooms, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, then onion and tomato vegetable, carom seeds and red chili flakes and make second layer like this.
- Put grated cheese on top.
- Now sprinkle carom seeds and red chili flakes and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- When golden brown on top, then serve spicy cheesy tikka lasagna hot.
