Ingredients for Til Walay Kabab:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Egg 1
- Bread slice 2
- Green chilies 6
- Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, mix green coriander and green chilies and grind chutney.
- Then, mix beef mince, bread slice and seekh kabab masala and grind in chopper.
- Now mix green chutney, egg, crushed black pepper, salt and sesame seeds and knead well.
- Now grease your hand, make small small kabab of seekh and shallow fry it.
- When golden brown, serve mazaydar til walay kabab with hot paratha.
