Ingredients for Til Walay Kabab:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First, mix green coriander and green chilies and grind chutney.
  2. Then, mix beef mince, bread slice and seekh kabab masala and grind in chopper.
  3. Now mix green chutney, egg, crushed black pepper, salt and sesame seeds and knead well.
  4. Now grease your hand, make small small kabab of seekh and shallow fry it.
  5. When golden brown, serve mazaydar til walay kabab with hot paratha.
