Ingredients for Machli Ka Bengali Salan:
- Fish 1 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Fennel powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Tomato 4-5
- Green chili 5
- Coriander 3 tbsp
Method:
- Fry fish in hot oil and take out.
- Then fry onion in this oil.
- Together put fennel powder, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and coconut powder and roast it.
- Now add tomato in this, tender it and put some water.
- In end, add fish and keep on simmer.
- Put green chili and coriander and serve it.
