Ingredients for Eggplant With Cheese Sauce:

  • Baigan 1/2 kg
  • Oil for fry
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken 1 breast
  • Green chili 6
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut baigan into round, fry it and take out.
  2. Roast ghee in hot ghee. Then mix milk, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, chicken, green chili, coriander and chaat masala.
  3. Put baigan in serving dish. Put sauce on top.
  4. Now add cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. When ready, serve hot.
