Eggplant With Cheese Sauce by Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients for Eggplant With Cheese Sauce:
- Baigan 1/2 kg
- Oil for fry
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Chicken 1 breast
- Green chili 6
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method:
- Cut baigan into round, fry it and take out.
- Roast ghee in hot ghee. Then mix milk, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, chicken, green chili, coriander and chaat masala.
- Put baigan in serving dish. Put sauce on top.
- Now add cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
- When ready, serve hot.
