Ingredients for Chili Garlic Fish:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fish 2-3
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped garlic 2
  • Lemons 3
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chilies 6
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash rice and soak it. Now boil it, strain water and keep on simmer.
  2. Put white vinegar on fish without washing fish and wash after 10 minutes.
  3. Now marinate with 2 lemon juice, salt and turmeric and keep it.
  4. Then mix red chilies and 2 garlic cloves and grind stock. 
  5. Now mix 1 lemon juice in stock and spread on fish pieces.
  6. Heat oil in one pan, shallow fry fish, roast it nicely and take out.
  7. Then heat 3 tbsp oil in one karahi, do garlic cloves golden brown, put rice and stir fry it.
  8. After that, put soya sauce, white vinegar and salt.
  9. Then add finely chopped green chilies and remove it.
  10. In end, first take out rice in dish. Put fried fish, then fried onion and finely chopped mint leaves on top and serve it.
