Ingredients For Chili Fried Prawns:

  • Prawns 300 gm
  • White flour  3 tbsp
  • Dry white flour as required
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies  4-5
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. First clean prawns nicely, mark cut and keep straight.
  2. Now add flour, corn flour, egg and ginger garlic paste in one bowl  and mix it.
  3. Now add white pepper, crushed black pepper, salt, oil and baking powder and mix it with help of hand.
  4. Now marinate prawns with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilies
  5. Then coat all prawns one by one with dry flour, dip into ready batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  6. When  golden, take it out and serve it hot.
