Ingredients for Kharay Masalay Ka Gosht:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Chopped onion 2
- Tomatoes 4
- Cloves 4
- Big cardamom 4
- Red chili 6
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Black peppercorn 6
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in one pot and do onion golden brown.
- Then put meat, salt and turmeric.
- When water of meat dries, add tomatoes, garlic cloves, chopped ginger, red chili, black peppercorn, clove, big cardamom, fennel seeds and coriander seeds and roast lightly.
- Now put 2 cup water and keep on simmer.
- When oil comes up, then serve kharay masalay ka gosht with hot chapati.
