Ingredients for Shaljam Ki Bhujia:
- Turnip 1 kg
- Oil 1 cup
- Bread slice 1
- Dry mango slices 4
- Garlic 4
- Green chilies 4
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Red chilies 10
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash turnip nicely and put in one pot. Don't put water.
- Together put garlic cloves, red chilies and salt, boil it and squash little.
- Now heat oil in one karahi, do garlic cloves golden brown and add turnip.
- Then roast it lightly, put green chilies and dry mango sliced and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
- In end, serve shaljam ki bhujia with hot makai ki roti or chapati.
