Ingredients for Shaljam Ki Bhujia:

  • Turnip 1 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Bread slice 1
  • Dry mango slices 4
  • Garlic 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Red chilies 10
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash turnip nicely and put in one pot. Don't put water.
  2. Together put garlic cloves, red chilies and salt, boil it and squash little.
  3. Now heat oil in one karahi, do garlic cloves golden brown and add turnip.
  4. Then roast it lightly, put green chilies and dry mango sliced and keep on simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In end, serve shaljam ki bhujia with hot makai ki roti or chapati.
