Ingredients for Fry Black Pepper Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken (with skin) 1 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Round chilies 6
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Green coriander as required

Method:

  1. First, heat oil nicely, put round chilies and burn it.
  2. Then put onions, ginger garlic paste and boneless chicken with 1 cup water and cover it.
  3. When chicken is tender, put chopped tomatoes, black pepper, salt and cumin seeds and cover it for 30 minutes.
  4. When chicken is tendered well, put lemon juice and green coriander and close the stove.
  5. Delicious fry black pepper chicken is ready.
