Ingredients for Fry Black Pepper Chicken:
- Boneless chicken (with skin) 1 kg
- Onions 2
- Round chilies 6
- Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Black pepper 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Green coriander as required
Method:
- First, heat oil nicely, put round chilies and burn it.
- Then put onions, ginger garlic paste and boneless chicken with 1 cup water and cover it.
- When chicken is tender, put chopped tomatoes, black pepper, salt and cumin seeds and cover it for 30 minutes.
- When chicken is tendered well, put lemon juice and green coriander and close the stove.
- Delicious fry black pepper chicken is ready.
