Ingredients:
- Butter 225 gm
- Sugar 1 cup
- Eggs 4
- Maida 1-1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For Icing:
- Butter 1 cup
- Sugar 3-1/2 cup
- Milk 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
Method:
- Heat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Grease 8 inch two cake tin.
- Beat butter and sugar and mix vanilla essence. Together add eggs.
- Mix maida and baking powder.
- Now mix maida mixture in butter and eggs mixture.
- Put batter in ready cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For Icing: Beat butter and sugar. Then put milk and beat again with the help of machine.
- Now add vanilla essence and beat again.
- When it becomes smooth, do icing on cake and serve it.
