Ingredients for Chicken Saji:
- Chicken with skin 1
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Whole garlic 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
For Saji Masala:
- Fennel 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Small cardamom 4-5
- Khatai powder 1 tbsp
Method:
- Prak chicken nicely. Then marinate with garlic, salt, oil, vinegar and lemon juice and leave whole night.
- Bake in oven for 2 to 2-1/2 hours in slow temperature in oven.
- When chicken is tender, paste butter and sprinkle saji masala.
- Keep again in oven.
- Serve with yellow rice.
