Ingredients for Crispy Nuggets:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 3
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs  1 packet
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Smash chicken boti little.
  2. Now mix corn flour, white vinegar, soya sauce and salt well and keep for 30 minutes.
  3. Then beat eggs and keep separate.
  4. Now heat oil in karahi.
  5. Dip one one chicken boti in eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Then put in hot oil, do golden brown and take out. When all are fried, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
