Ingredients for Curry Puff:
For Puff:
- Flour 1/2 kg
- Uni puff 300 gm
- Salt as required
- Water as required
For Filling:
- Boiled potatoes 3-4
- Chopped onions 1
- Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
- Curry powder 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For Puff: Mix flour with water and salt, knead it and make soft dough.
- Now roll it and keep in center of uni puff.
- Wrap roti on puff and roll it.
- Then turn it and roll it.
- Then again turn it and roll it.
- Make layer like this 3-4 times and roll it.
- For Curry: Boiled potatoes and cut potatoes into finely slices.
- Heat some oil in karahi, put onion and garlic and saute it little.
- Then add curry powder, salt and potatoes.
- Then take out in one mixing bowl. Curry is ready.
- Now roll puff like roti, fill curry in it, roll second dough on top and close it.
- After that, sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Then bake in oven on 200 degrees C.
- Do brushing with eggs or oil in center. Curry puff is ready.
