Ingredients for Curry Puff:

For Puff:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Uni puff 300 gm
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required

For Filling:

  • Boiled potatoes 3-4
  • Chopped onions 1
  • Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Curry powder 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For Puff: Mix flour with water and salt, knead it and make soft dough.
  2. Now roll it and keep in center of uni puff.
  3. Wrap roti on puff and roll it.
  4. Then turn it and roll it.
  5. Then again turn it and roll it.
  6. Make layer like this 3-4 times and roll it.
  7. For Curry: Boiled potatoes and cut potatoes into finely slices.
  8. Heat some oil in karahi, put onion and garlic and saute it little.
  9. Then add curry powder, salt and potatoes.
  10. Then take out in one mixing bowl. Curry is ready.
  11. Now roll puff like roti, fill curry in it, roll second dough on top and close it.
  12. After that, sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  13. Then bake in oven on 200 degrees C.
  14. Do brushing with eggs or oil in center. Curry puff is ready.
