Ingredients for Lal Kaddu Ka Salan:
- Peeled red pumpkin 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in one pan, fry peeled & cubed red pumpkin and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in one pan and fry onion.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add tomato paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, all spice powder, black pepper and salt and roast it.
- Now beat yogurt and add in it.
- Then add water as required and cook it.
- In end, add fried pumpkin, mix it, garnish with green coriander and serve it.
