Ingredients for Degi Biryani:

  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Potato 3
  • Meat boiled 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Star anise 4
  • Nutmeg powder1/2 tsp
  • Mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Chinese nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Aloo bukhara 50 gm
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Zarda color 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Fried onion 1 cup or 250 gm

Ingredients for Fried Gola Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Fried onion 4
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace 1/4 tsp each
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
