Tikka Sauce by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients for Tikka Sauce:

  • Tikka masala 4 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil 2
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add chopped ginger and garlic and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Now add tomato paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add tikka masala and fry for a minute.
  4. Later add 2 to 3 tbsp water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Then turn off stove and add white vinegar.
  6. Pour the sauce in a sterilized bottle and keep in refrigerator.
