Ingredients for Cake Rus:
- White flour 2-1/2 cup
- Eggs 6
- Icing sugar 2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put eggs in one bowl and beat well.
- Now put icing sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and beat well.
- Than add white flour and fold with the help of spoon.
- Now spread oil in 4 sides of mold, put mixture and bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 200 degrees C.
- When cake rus is ready, take it out, cool it and cut cake into small small pieces.
- In end, put into oven try in line and bake again for 8 to 10 minutes.
- When ready, take it out and serve.
