Ingredients for Spanish Tortilla:

  • Olive oi 4 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1/2
  • Potato 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cayenne to taste
  • Garlic clove 4
  • Minced chicken meat 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Slice cheddar cheese 4 slice

Ingredients for Anise & Fennel Cookies:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Peanut 1/2 cup
  • Anise seed 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seed 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee or butter 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 pinch

Ingredients for Potato Croquettes:

  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green onion 1/2 tsp
  • Egg yolks, beaten 2
  • All purpose flour 3 tbsp
  • Mashed potatoes 4 cups
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Shifted dried bread crumbs as required
  • Oil as required
