Ingredients for Bean Burritos:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Warm water as required
  • Black kidney beans 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
  • Iceberg lettuce shredded 1 cup

For Mince:

  • Mince 8 oz
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. First, roll dough. Now divide into equal parts and give the shape of balls.
  2. Then roll it, make 8 inch roti and cook on tawa until it is ready.
  3. For making mince: Heat oil and fry finely chopped onion and garlic paste for 2 minutes.
  4. Now put chili powder, salt, cumin crushed, tomato paste and 1 cup water with mince, cover and cook until mince is tendered and dries.
  5. For serving: Keep tortillas and put mince. Now put black kidney beans and roll it.
  6. Now keep rolls one by one in baking dish, bake for 10 minutes, take out, garnish with ice berg lettuce and grated cheddar cheese and serve.
