Ingredients for Orange Marmalade Cake:

  • Fresh orange juice 1/2 cup
  • Butter 12 oz
  • Orange essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2-1/4 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Eggs 5 large
  • Flour 3-1/2 cup
  • Walnut coarsely 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

For Topping:

  • Marmalade 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Grease 10 inch tube pan and sprinkle some flour.
  2. Beat butter with batter, put orange essence in it and blend until light and fluffy.
  3. Now put one by one eggs, 1/4 cup flour and orange juice and fold with yogurt and walnut.
  4. Put batter in baking pan and bake for 1 hour on 150 degrees C
  5. Then chill, take it out after 5 minutes, do topping marmalade and serve.
