Ingredients for Orange Marmalade Cake:
- Fresh orange juice 1/2 cup
- Butter 12 oz
- Orange essence 1 tsp
- Sugar 2-1/4 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Eggs 5 large
- Flour 3-1/2 cup
- Walnut coarsely 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
For Topping:
Method:
- Grease 10 inch tube pan and sprinkle some flour.
- Beat butter with batter, put orange essence in it and blend until light and fluffy.
- Now put one by one eggs, 1/4 cup flour and orange juice and fold with yogurt and walnut.
- Put batter in baking pan and bake for 1 hour on 150 degrees C
- Then chill, take it out after 5 minutes, do topping marmalade and serve.
