Ingredients for Corn Pulao:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Sweet corn 1 tin
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Kewra 1 tsp
- Zarda color 1 pinch
- Red chili 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, put whole mix spice, onion, ginger, garlic, salt and red chili and roast it.
- Then add sweet corn and put water. When it boils, put salt and all spice powder.
- Now add soaked rice, first simmer on high flame and then in low flame.
- When ready, serve hot.
