Vegetable Chowmein by Chef Samina

Ingredients for Vegetable Chowmein:

  • Cabbage 1-1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Green onion 1 cup
  • Mushroom 8-10
  • Broccoli 8-10
  • Boiled noodles 1 packet
  • Crush garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 3/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Sesame oil few drops

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic. Then add all vegetables, fry it and take out.
  2. Then put boiled noodles in this oil and fry it nicely.
  3. Together put salt, black pepper, white pepper powder, oyster sauce and soya sauce.
  4. Now add all vegetables in this and fry it nicely.
  5. In end, put sesame oil.
  6. When ready, serve hot.
