Ingredients for Masala Broast:

  • Chicken with skin 8 pieces or 1 kg
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Maida 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice and leave it for one hour.
  2. Make mixture of eggs and milk.
  3. Mix dry masala in maida.
  4. Take out water of lemon from chicken, dip in eggs and coat with dry maida.
  5. Fry in oil on low flame and serve.
