Ingredients for Strawberry Jam:
- Strawberries 1 kg
- Sugar 1 kg
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Method:
- Wash strawberries nicely, cut into half and put in plastic bowl.
- Now spread sugar and keep in refrigerator for 12 hours.
- Then put in one pan, cook for 15 to 20 minutes and stir continuously until jam becomes thick.
- Now put in sterilized bottle. It will set in 12 hours.
