Ingredients for Keema Aloo:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Mixed whole spice 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 3
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Potatoes 2
  • Dill 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 2 small bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put onion and mixed whole spice and fry until light golden.
  2. Now put fenugreek, ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, chili powder, turmeric and all spice and fry it nicely.
  3. Then add mince, cover it and cook until tender.
  4. Now put cubed potatoes, 1 cup water and finely chopped dill and cook until potato is tender.
  5. In end, put green chili, coriander and all spice and serve.
