Keema Aloo by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients for Keema Aloo:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 sliced
- Mixed whole spice 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3
- Green chilies 3
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Potatoes 2
- Dill 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek 2 small bunch
Method:
- Heat oil, put onion and mixed whole spice and fry until light golden.
- Now put fenugreek, ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, chili powder, turmeric and all spice and fry it nicely.
- Then add mince, cover it and cook until tender.
- Now put cubed potatoes, 1 cup water and finely chopped dill and cook until potato is tender.
- In end, put green chili, coriander and all spice and serve.
