Ingredients for Folly Chicken Rice:
- Rice boiled 1/2 kg
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili oil 1/4 cup
- Green chili sliced 4
- Carrots 1/2 cup
- Capsicum 1
- Spring onion 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 1/4 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
Method:
- First, heat chili oil, fry ginger julienne and chicken boneless with soya sauce, salt, white pepper, chili sauce and ketchup nicely.
- Now put 2 glass water, cover it and cook until boil.
- Then make thick with corn flour paste.
- Now fold in finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped carrot and finely chopped green chili.
- Now take big piece of foil, put 1/4 rice out of 1/2 kg.
- Then spread chicken mixture and chopped green onion with remaining rice.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp chili oil on top, wrap it and bake in oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C.
- In end, serve hot.
