Fish Salad by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients for Fish Salad:

  • Cooked elbow macaroni 2 cups
  • Tuna fish 1 can
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Sliced stuffed olives 1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves to serve

Method:

  1. Rinse 2 cups elbow macaroni in cold water, drain and set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Refrigerate until time to serve.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves.
