Ingredients for Achari Karahi:
- Chicken 16 pieces or 1
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomatoes 4
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 8
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Lemons 3
- Salt to taste
- Chopped onion 2
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 1 cup
- Big green chilies 4
Method:
- Put oil in one karahi and do chopped onion light pink.
- Now take out onion, put chicken pieces, salt and turmeric, roast it nicely and dry water.
- When
water dries, put tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic, finely chopped
ginger, whole red chilies, onion seeds, coriander seeds and curry leaves
and cook it.
- When water of tomato dries, roast it and put lemon juice.
- After 5 minutes, serve achari karahi with hot naan.
