Pineapple Delight by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients for Pineapple Delight:

• Pineapple jelly 2 packets
• Milk 250 gm
• Pineapple chunks 1 cup
• Cream 1 cup
• Pineapple rings to garnish
  

Method:

1. First, dissolve pineapple jelly in 2 cups of water.
2. Now set half and put in blender.
3. Together put milk, 1/2 cup pineapple chunks and cream and blend it.
4. Then take it out and add remaining 1/2 cup pineapple chunks and fold it.
5. In end, put in serving bowl and keep in refrigerator for set.
6. Now garnish with cream and pineapple rings and serve.
