Ingredients for Moroccan Omelete:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1/4 cup
  • Degi mirch / Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 6

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, put onion and salt and cook little.
  2. Then add cubed potatoes and all dry masalay and cover it.
  3. Take out in bowl and chill it. Then put beaten eggs and chopped coriander and mix it.
  4. Heat oil lightly in one pan and cook eggs mixture on low flame until edges becomes golden brown.
  5. Now turn it, cook like this, take out in platter and serve hot.
