Ingredients for Szechuan Chicken Pasta:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Boiled pasta 1/2 kg
- Red capsicum 1
- Onions 2
- Spring onions 2
- Fresh red chilies 2
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
For Making Chili Sauce:
- Stock 1 cup
- Brown sugar 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and cook chicken on high flame.
- Now put garlic, black pepper and salt and cover it.
- For Chili Sauce: Put stock, brown sugar, chili sauce, corn flour, soya sauce and oil in one bowl and mix it.
- After that, add boiled pasta, red capsicum and green onion in chicken, keep on simmer for 5 minutes and close the stove.
- In end, put sauce and olive oil and close the stove.
