Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:
- Chicken 4 pieces or 1 kg
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Food color (Yellow) as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste and yellow food color and mix it nicely.
- Mark cut on chicken tikka and marinate for 2 hours in ready masalay.
- Now grill chicken tikka and together spread ghee.
- When ready, serve with chutney and salad.
