Ingredients for Keema Macaroni:

  • Kolson long macaroni 1 packet
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Peas 250 gm

Method:

  1. Put mince and ginger garlic in finely chopped onion and roast it. When roasted, add tomato, salt, chilies, turmeric, coriander, cumin and garam masala and roast light.
  2. Then put 1/2 cup water and tender mince.
  3. Boil macaroni. Boil peas.
  4. Add boiled macaroni and boiled peas in mince and fold it.
  5. Keema macaroni is ready.
