Ingredients for Keema Macaroni:
- Kolson long macaroni 1 packet
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Tomato 2
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Peas 250 gm
Method:
- Put
mince and ginger garlic in finely chopped onion and roast it. When
roasted, add tomato, salt, chilies, turmeric, coriander, cumin and garam
masala and roast light.
- Then put 1/2 cup water and tender mince.
- Boil macaroni. Boil peas.
- Add boiled macaroni and boiled peas in mince and fold it.
- Keema macaroni is ready.
