Ingredients for Nawabi Tikya:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 3 tsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Roasted gram grinded 3 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Ghee for shallow fry
Method:
- First,
mix raw papaya, ginger garlic, green cardamom powder, roasted gram
grinded, chili powder, salt and all spice in mince and mix it.
- Now grind it, make paste and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Then make it balls, flat it and give shape of kabab.
- After that, shallow fry on tawa until golden brown.
- In end, serve hot with chutney.
